Formed in 2017 with our clients in mind, we tailor our support plan to each client's specific needs.  As lifelong Mid-Willamette Valley residents, informed local market knowledge is the foundation of our business.

Ali Morrison, Team Leader

Ali began her real estate career in the best possible year to do so: 2009. There was nowhere to go but up! Starting as a marketing assistant at a local commercial real estate office, she learned the ins and outs of retail and multi-family leasing and sales from some of the best commercial brokers in the Salem area. After getting her real estate license in 2012, she co-brokered transactions for both local and national retailers alongside her principal broker before moving to John L. Scott in 2016 to foray into the residential real estate world. Prompted by a desire to offer her clients a full service experience, Morrison Real Estate Group was formed in 2017 and in 2021, Ali obtained her Principal Broker's license.

With 15 years in the industry Ali takes pride in her experience, hyper-local knowledge and caring approach to each and every client.

When she's not tirelessly working in the real estate trenches, you can find Ali enjoying her "boy mom" status, hanging out at the Oregon Coast (not to be mistaken with a beach) or sipping a pinot noir at a local vineyard. She enjoys traveling, gardening and hosting in her free time. Her life goals are to be the World's Best Mom, make annual pilgrimages to NYC and retire in a cozy little cottage on the coast.
