Ali Morrison-Gier, Team Leader

Ali Morrison believes real estate is rarely just about property. It’s about people, timing, and making confident decisions during pivotal moments. As a Principal Broker and founder of Morrison Real Estate Group, Ali is known for her steady guidance, strategic insight, and client-centered approach.

Her career began in commercial real estate in 2009, where she learned the fundamentals of negotiation, valuation, and deal structure while working alongside respected brokers on retail and multi-family transactions. That commercial foundation continues to shape her work today, allowing her to bring a high level of professionalism and foresight to residential and investment clients alike.

After transitioning into residential real estate in 2016, Ali founded Morrison Real Estate Group to create a more thoughtful, full-service experience—one rooted in integrity, education, and long-term relationships. She earned her Principal Broker’s license in 2021 and joined Windermere Heritage in 2024, a natural alignment with her values and commitment to excellence.

With over 17 years of industry experience and deep roots in the Willamette Valley, Ali is trusted for her hyper-local expertise, clear communication, and calm presence in high-stakes transactions. Her goal is simple: to ensure every client feels informed, supported, and confident from start to finish.

When she's not tirelessly working in the real estate trenches, you can find Ali enjoying her "boy mom" status, hanging out at the Oregon Coast (not to be mistaken with a beach) or sipping a pinot noir at a local vineyard. She enjoys traveling, gardening and hosting in her free time. Her life goals are to be the World's Best Mom, make annual pilgrimages to NYC and retire in a cozy little cottage on the coast.
